Alicia Crous
I have more than 14 years of experience in the beauty industry and still love learning more and more about it. I gained most of my knowledge working in 5-star spas on cruise liners around the world. It allowed me to work with different skin problems and helped me to develop a passion for facials and helping others to achieve a healthier skin goal. I decided to start On The Glow to give myself the freedom to do what I love and to share my passion and knowledge with others. I hope to achieve a place where clients can be comfortable to be themselves and walk out feeling cared for. For me, the difference between an average service an exceptional service, is listening to what your client wants. I am the happiest when my clients are confident in their own skin.
Alice Tsakane
Alice started doing nails 8years ago as a hobby but developed a passion for sharing her art and love for nails with others. She is the queen of sculpting nails but her passion shows in every set of nails that she does.
She is the quiet one on the team but her work speaks volumes and we feel blessed to have her skills and knowledge with us to share with our clients.
For Alice, the real reward in her job is when clients feel at their best.
